Stunning home with breathtaking sea views

Spectacular views. Spacious apartment. Close to station and town centre. Lovely decor and furniture, felt comfortable and at home.

Mattress was too soft in main bedroom (thats just personal taste).

Location and stunning views. Large apartment well furnished with comfortable beds.

Shortage of supplys ie- one bin bag and 1 toilet roll for a 4 night stay. Many cobwebs on bathroom skylight.

The apartment is beautiful and the location couldn't have been more perfect. It was also great to have allocated parking and to be able to take our dog who loved the glass balcony.

Schlüsselkasten klemmt etwas. War für uns ehrlich gesagt etwas schwierig zu finden. Ansonsten alles top.

The directions were very clear to find the property. The living room was great with the sounding glass door open and the cool ocean air. But the beds were very uncomfortable. Ended up sleeping on the couch for all the nights. And with the bedrooms right on the walkway of the apt you couldn’t open the windows very far. Bedrooms were extremely stuffy. A fan might have helped. Apt had a musty smell. But the location was great and the living room fine

Spacious! Very nice seaview despite noise of train and cars.

Fridge door is broken, bed is old. Overall the place is somewhat dusty & worn out, with many stains in the carpetting.

Good location, well appointed, good linen.

A part broke in the cistern on the toilet so we had to flush with a ‘bucket’. Several of the light fittings aren’t working in the living room and the bathroom, 8 in total. The microwave doesn’t work; the turntable moves and the outer case gets warm but food does not heat up at all. The fridge door doesn’t close properly resulting in milk going off overnight. The extractor fan in the bathroom doesn’t work and it looks as though the skylight has never been cleaned. All of the above issues have been pointed out by many clients over several years and have not been addressed. The owner/manager is clearly not interested. I was “offered” an unspecified partial refund but no further action ensued. I have stayed in other holiday rental properties in Penzance which were much better value and the owner was more responsive and helpful.

Parking on site and location was excellent, amazing views. Facilities very good.

Needed a better clean, a bit musty and the balcony needed cleaning so that it could be used.
