The view, location and parking. Flat was warm and comfortable.

Some instructions about access and parking were out of date. Instructions on how to use heating unclear. Smoke alarms not operational.

"A little gem!"

Location, location, location. Beautiful sea view from a luxurious lounge with a balcony. Very relaxing stay with a short walk (6 - 10 mins) into town where there are numerous restaurants/pubs to choose from and a few shops. St Ives was an easy train ride away and worth a visit too. Would definitely return to this apartment.

Cleansiness left a little to be desired. Nowhere to do my makeup in good light.

Location. Cleanliness flexibility of the owner

Bedding seemed a little small for the bed. Toilet flush was very weak and slow to refill when multiple flushes needed.

"A lovely, comfortable, holiday property"

The location and cleanliness of the property was excellent. It was spacious, well decorated, and came with all essential amenities required for the first evening (tea/coffee/loo roll/soap etc). The bathplug was sadly missing and reported to the host, who communicated well and promptly replaced it which I really appreciate. We would definitely stay again should we visit Penzance.

The majority of the lightbulbs in the living room (4/7) and bathroom (2/3) were blown and require replacing.

"Stunning apartment in a great location."

This is a truly stunning apartment looking over the sea and St Michael's Mount. It is in a perfect location, just minutes from the train station and a very short walk into town. The décor is exceptional and the apartment is very spacious, light and airy.

The oven doesn't work that well and the dishwasher tablet compartment seems to be broken. Also the lock on the bathroom door is a bit dodgy.
