Flat by the sea

My wife and I booked this property for the 10 - 12 Friday to Sunday of October , we travelled by train and as we were arriving between 10.30 and 12.00 I asked if we could leave the over night bags. Chelle answered and said we could leave them at flat 3 although she would try to get the flat ready for 12.00. We arrived at Paignton station at 10.15 but was prepared to wait until 12.00 , at about 11.00 I got a message from Chelle to say the flat was ready. We arrived at the flat about 11.30 and found it easy to access comfortable and clean , lots of additional requirements were available. We would definitely use this property again. Its minutes from the bus / train station and main high street. It has got a step from the lounge to the kitchen , no problem to us (flat 1) The bed is tight in its alcove but again no problem to us. We slept well comfortable , quiet and proprietor try's her best thanks Chelle.

The bed is tight in the alcove of the room , maybe offer a choice of double bed or 2 singles as some pictures show. This would give more room in the centre, not a complaint only a suggestion.

Location for the bus & train station is fabulous..very close to the beach too..shower was lovely and hot , all things provided if you want to cook a meal I think if things were upto scratch the prices could be increased. i have read a renovation is happening I needed help with something and received a message straight away.

attention to detail seems to be lacking, stained kitchen doors , bed was very uncomfortable,could feel every spring, 2 singles pushed together ! pillows & duvet were poor quality. noise from upstairs ( well i think it was upstairs)

The toilet/shower room is in a real need of updating/cleaning the shower is mouldy the shower head was disgusting there were hairs (not ours) around the base of the shower. The base of the shower didn't look stable. The toilet needed a good clean the seat moved all over the place... would recommend a sit tight toilet seat

Ideal location, close proximity to shops and beach. We came by train and the flat was a two minute walk away which was ideal! The owner had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect for our little family. We would love to stay again in the future.

The only thing that was a negative, was that the people above us were banging during late hours of the night.

We had a great stay, this flat was perfect for us and the owners were so helpful. The Location is close to everything shops seafront , train station . So we didnt have to walk far . Loved it will defiently return in the future

I had everything I needed ,a comfortable bed,TV with broadband and everything in the kitchen.The flat was very cool no need for fans as it is very shaded.Loctation is great right in the town and Train station and buses just around the corner.The flat is a good price and you are left alone which I like. Definitely book again.

For me it was a bit dark as I couldn't see properly to do my hair and make up but I got by.

Very helpful owner prior to arrival. Ready well in advance. Very tidy and comfy living space.
