The apartment had no pack containing Emergency or local information. No return call for a request for information. Some of the china was chipped. The floor was dirty.

Very good location, far enough from the crowded city but close enough for go everywhere. Was nice and cozy apartment. There is a grocery in the next corner, there is a big pool in the shared garden. The host was very helpful and responsive. We had poor internet connection and it turned out that the service provider need to be changed and it happened while we were there.

Only thing I can mention is that the upper neighbor was a bit noisy sometimes. We let the host know about it, but despite he spoke to them, it doesnt realy changed.

Very clean. Everything was available to use. Easy and fast communication and check in with the owner. Many restaurants nearby, a supermarket just on the corner. The Bathroom was comfortable, and several towels available which I really liked.

The Bed was not very comfortable for my boyfriend. But I guess thats up to one’s taste, for me it was Ok. The fridge was abit loud which I think could be fixed by the owner. Wifi was slow, but all these things were not a reason to feel uncomfortable, only feedback to make it better.

We loved our stay here. The apartment had everything you need. Comfy bed, equipped kitchen, washing machine, walk in shower, outside table and chairs, two loungers, in a sunny garden. It also had underground parking- but we always found a space on the road. We didn’t use the pool- but that looked lovely and very close. I didn’t know a thing about Palm Mar before we booked. I picked it as a base to explore the island. We loved the beach front bar in an evening. The sunsets were amazing. There was also a beach hut at the other end of the beach- cheap drinks and still a great view. The Chinese restaurant food was fabulous and there was a sports bar and a lot more restaurants than expected. It’s a quiet town though- no entertainment, but that suited us.
