Cozy Apartment with Garden

Would recommend great location, and the host was extremely helpful, lovely man.

Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, kitchen is well equipped, garden with a big dining table, washing machine etc, all the facilities. And there’s a private swimming pool only for people leaving in the apartment complex. There’s a parking lot for your car, it’s quiet at night, so it’s perfect for people travelling with kids or someone looking for some peace and quiet.

Palm-Mar itself is a bit boring, so if you wanna party a lot, it’s not for you. And it’s better to have a car, cause there’s no public transport going into the town. Taxis are available but sometimes you have to wait long

Excellent location in a well-designed development close to a few but adequate shops and restaurants and nearby walks in a coastal protected nature area with a dramatic landscape. Pleasant private garden and outlook and secure underground car park/secure entrance to the development and pool. Owner very attentive but unobtrusive. Property has a very pleasant interior.

all was ok, except the fact that the shower had low pressure.

Ariel is a very nice host. The property is good, absolutely what we needed with our kid. A garden very liveable and a swimming pool to relax once you need some rest. Location very quiet, not far from los cristianos and many other beautiful places. Take into account that you will need a car if you want to visit Tenerife.
