Villa Grenache

Very comfortable and clean 2 bedroom villa. Had all the necessities/amenities that we needed for the weekend.

Didn't have breakfast there Kitchen was fully stocked, the welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Everything was very clean and comfortable

Not enough coffee pods for the number of days. Was missing hair conditioner

It’s location and had everything for a weekend stay

Self contained, balcony, pool, easy access from car to door, bbq, Wine on arrival, Nespresso pods and tea, Puzzle and cards, Foxtel, lots of extra blankets, plenty of seating.

Laundry powder - only enough for one load No tongs for bbq 1 towel per person (need 2 if washing hair) No mop No extra rubbish bags Only 1 x tea towel and kitchen sponge. Would of been useful to have some more to help clean, wet weather meant things got dirtier faster

The $500 bond. We have stayed at Cypress Lakes many times and have never had to pay a bond. It will impact us staying with you again.

Clean, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, super comfy beds, Foxtel, full laundry. Good value, convenient to wineries, walking distance to restaurants.

Nothing - no complaints

nice and cosy apartment ideal for family stay, location was terrific close to great wineries, restaurants and attractions

couple of minor things we felt could be an "even better if" - powerpoints that were easy to access, close to the bedside tables when there is a king bed configuration - air conditioner in room 2 looked aged / perhaps in need of maintenance / gave the room a slightly odd smell when on - portable clothes line - one of the lines was broken, and also no pegs - shower door in main ensuite difficult to open/close having said the above these were all minor things, would happily stay there again
