"Very relaxing and peaceful."

Very clean and well stocked with kitchen items. Coffee pods were a nice touch. Central location and having a restaurant on site was beneficial.

The property was very well equiped. The linen was extremely nice. I like to have good sheets and bath towels, both of which were supplied. Bed was comfortable as was the living room. Very happy with the cleanliness.

A little bit too far up the hill. Definitely need to drive up and back if you wanted to go to the restaurant in the Cyprus Lake Resort.

"Terrible experience with broken air conditioner and 39 degrees"

I have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed it. They have listened to feedback and fixed things that were needing attention.

The aircon in the main living room was broken. The temperatures for that weekend were in the very high 30s. When I called about this I was told they already knew and were waiting on a report from the technician. The fact that they knew this already and did not notify me or offer an alternative property is why I am so mad. We were physically ill with the heat and it ruined our stay. I was so embarrassed that I had booked this and had some friends travel to stay.

Location is amazing, the view from the property is so peaceful. The host was very attentive, nice and accomodating. Would definitely stay again!

The door system has an initial random code that needs to be entered before entering the actual code to open the door - this could have been explained prior to check in to avoid confusion. The other comment I have is that every email communication contains a huge ammount of information, that is repeated every time... it is hard to gather what is the actual message or response when there is so much repeated information in every single email. Not sure if this is the property setup issue or Booking.com setup issue.
