Clean, trendy and spacious apartment, Perfect for our two night stay with family. My three daughters especially enjoyed the fun cabin beds! The location was brilliant, we actually ended up catching the taxi ferry home on one of the evenings that dropped us off right outside the Royal William Yard. Excellent communication from Matt the owner! Looking forward to visiting another property of South Weat Coatal retreats. Thank you Matt & team

If you book the studio on its own, the noise from the main apartment and shared lobby is a big problem.

I’m familiar with the Yard having stayed before; great location and value for the sightseer. Super restaurants in the Yard and parking was a doddle. I felt secure and safe. There is a convenience store just down the road from the Yard and a big Aldi or Lidl a little further on (prob best to drive to the latter).

Although I was fully briefed about the property as soon as I booked it, there was one or two moments when I had a yearning for a kitchen sink. I was mainly eating out so only had to rinse a coffee cup or two anyway.

The room we had was the smaller of the two. We knew this when booking. It sleeps four but it is cosy. I would say that it serves it purpose well and you wouldn’t need anymore. Perfect for two adults and two kids.

Location was excellent, part of the old naval buildings I believe within the yard that is a stone’s throw from bars and eateries. Our boys also like their own little sleeping area (den)
