Fabulous architecture and history. Great location, lots of eateries, good parking,. Accommodation comfortable and clean and the access was easy despite arriving late after a day working. Pre trip communication was excellent and felt very assured.

A bit uneasy that the kitchen tap was going to fall off as it was so wobbly. I was very careful with this throughout our stay but everything else was in good condition. Felt quilty about having the lights on all the time we were there but the interior of such an historic building was dark.

Communication was excellent. We received a call the day before telling us everything we needed to know. Collecting the keys from the key safe was easy and straightforward. The accommodation was excellent. It was clean and well presented in a lovely historic building. The surrounding area was lively during the day but quiet at night. The quoted 2mbps WiFi was obviously the guaranteed minimum. We received around 30mbps and comfortably streamed to both TVs in the evening.

Great location, comfy beds and free parking

Just small things - teabags were provided but no milk. Washing up bowl but no sink other than in the bathroom. The shower leaked a little.

Local facilities

Best situation for us. We are preparing a yacht for offshore and thus location is perfect.

Well, for us not a problem because we got to the apartment just to sleep but as a family the sound proofing would had been not sufficient.

Absolutely beautiful apartment and amazing location , would highly recommend and definitely stay here again , we where visiting my brother who is in university in Plymouth we have been a few times now but this was by far the best place we have stayed , beautiful location , clean and modern apartment and the children loved the bunk beds in the family room we rented , great facilities and close to everything you need , royal William yard itself is beautiful and has so much so you wouldn’t even have to leave would definitely book again Matt was so helpful and anything I needed to know and had all information we needed thank you

Nothing it was everything we needed and more

Loved the apartment and location, great way to bring in the new year. Matt was really helpful and the phone call the day before arrival to go through everything was a nice touch. Would definitely return.
