Location at Fort Williams was great with lots of restaurants around. Architecture was also impressive in the apartment and immediate area. Parking was straight forward. Host was helpful with questions.

Studio was fine for short stay for family with two small children, but slightly smaller than expected. Missed some things like a table and seating.

Great instructions and contact by owner. Very well presented property, as described in great condition.

Do get a little light through blinds.

Total nonsense.. I’m a disabled amputee between. We were harassed constantly by Mark the parking attendant over the parking of our motorbikes. I can ride but can’t walk further than 25m atm and that’s optimistic at best. We explained this to the owner of the property and Mark, we tried to park the bikes together under a cover which he went crazy about also. In the end I given a ticket when I had to run back in to exchange my amputated stump socks as they were hurting on our ride. When we came back out Mark the attendant was putting a ticket on my bike, even though there’s a huge disabled badge on the bike and he already knew who I was. I explained what and how long we had been back in the apartment, further explaining is was less than 5mins.. he said I couldn’t care less about veterans or their needs. Not for me I’m afraid.. On top of that, it’s advertised as two rooms, the bunkers are literally in a cupboard next to the kitchen. The property was constantly cold. Owner knew about the incident with Mark, did nothing to apologise or call to see if all was well when we left. This place is run like a prison camp, shame but anyone who hate those who’ve lost a leg for this country doesn’t need to told they are hated by staff.

This place is amazing! Royal William Yard is beautiful & has pretty much everything you need onsite, beautiful restaurants, shops, bars, and a gorgeous cinema with sofas etc. The apartment was lovely - comfy, clean and all the fittings & furniture were to a very high standard. The owner called just before our stay to go over parking instructions & how to get the key. It was great to chat with him, however, all the instructions via Booking.com were very clear. We had a wonderful stay. We arrived Friday & had dinner at Pierre Bistro (beautiful food, expensive wine). Saturday was gorgeous weather (in February!) We had brunch at Loungers, sat outside overlooking the marina & watching the world go by before wandering the mile or so to The Hoe. Evening meal was another gorgeous one at Wildwood. Sunday was awful weather, so once we'd packed up & left the apartment, we went to the cinema. The apartment was very comfy for 4 ladies. Would definitely like to return, and if to the same standard we'd be keen to explore the owners other places.

Only 2 wine glasses! Booking.com don't make it easy to see which apartment you've booked. It was more by good luck than good management that we got the larger apartment.

It was an exceptional apartment in a unique setting. It was very well appointed and equipped and very comfortable.

The appartement is a great stay, nicely situated. Moreover, host Matt is kind person, the personal contact with him and his advices made our stay perfect. Highly recommended.
