Great apartment in a great area!

The place was immaculate and located in a very historic yet modern area and other a lot of restaurants and bars. Love the submarine bunk beds for our young boys. Would stay here again definitely 😀

In a great location, we loved exploring the royal William yard and all its offerings, including taking a boat rides and the numerous restaurants on offer.

The property overall is nice. I expected better cleanliness for the money we were paying, the floors were dusty especially in the kitchen and around the bunk beds. The top bunk was full of dust and the property itself is a little tired. I also expected a king size bed, per the description, but it was much smaller. The guests staying in B also didn’t help as they partied all night long and kept us awake with their shenanigans! Not ideal when you have 3 small children. Lots of banging doors and smoking!

Could be cleaner, was clean just not exceptionally so. no “extra mile” experience that we have had previously such as welcome boxes with milk etc. basic coffee provided which was positive, but for a luxury looking apartment not quite the same experience as some recent stays elsewhere-not overly negative just feedback! The apartment was split into two units but the other unit was noisy during our stay until late and with these guests there was insufficient sound insulation. I would book again possibly but only both units with extra family to ensure we were in control of noise levels.

Beautiful apartment in a great historic location. Really nice decor and all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay in Plymouth. Loads of lovely restaurants nearby. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fabulous location, slightly away from the centre of the city and right next to the Marina. Beautifully decorated and with good facilities. Comfortable beds and bedding. Brilliant host, who was very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay. We needed a peaceful stay, with good Wi-Fi and a place to relax and The Bruce was perfect 👌

Parking was very convenient - the anpr and parking attendants are keen and make sure no-one is parked in places they shouldn’t be, so be sure to take note of the instructions provided.

Location, good bed, clean.

It is described as deluxe. This it is not. It is a small bedroom with a compromised bed in by virtue of a steel frame mezzanine over it. There is no seating. There is only a bowl in a cupboard for washing up, a microwave and a fridge in what is a wardrobe. The bath shower has no grab handrails and no grip on the bath floor, and as such is lethal. The light switch did not turn off in the bathroom. The sink taps have no grip so cant operate with wet hands.
