Good size, quirky, location.

Access, amenities and the host was very approachable and on hand for any queries!

The Location, easy parking, closeness to restaurants, the decor and it was quiet at night. Good collection of cups and glasses and washing up utilities were provided. Powerful fan which was needed as it was very hot when we arrived. Powerful flow of water to the bath and shower. Owner friendly and contactable.

Key safe to both apartments housed by our French doors and when Apartment A collected their key, they tried to walk straight into the apartment we were staying in! Luckily as I had just got out the bath, we had the chain on the door. The roller blind to the French doors fell down on it's own accord after I had rolled it up due to it's weight and nearly knocked me out. There was a bottle of water and milk left in the fridge; the milk was in date but had gone off already and the water cap was unsealed. The toilet cistern was constantly dripping. The ceiling lights did not work and so lighting was poor as also light by bed on window side flickering and low level of light. The cupboard doors housing the TV had to be opened very wide or the fridge door caught on it (as this was in the cupboard). Not very soundproofed from apartment A. Although washing up bowl provided, no where to put the wet cups until I could dry them as slid off shelf in bathroom if I tried to stack there. Floor by my bed was sticky to walk on.

Phenomenal location. Matt the host called me as soon as I made the booking to answer some questions I had about access for a disabled person, also that we required medical equipment delivered before we arrived, he couldn't have been more helpful and gracious, he also followed up with a call and email the day before to give more information. The apartment is in an excellent location, facilities are top notch, has everything you could need for a long or short stay, parking outside and restaurants on your doorstep, just a short drive to the city centre, we booked the large apartment.for a party Will definitely book one of Matts other properties next time.

Great secure location with with easy access to Cornwall and the city via passenger boats from Royal William Yard. Property immaculate condition and nice bars and restaurants and Identity Fashion clothes shop in the area. Will be back.

Fantastic location. The foot passenger ferry goes from your doorstep to the Barbican. Host rang the day before to explain where we could park and where to find the key, very helpful.
