Portrush Marine Apartments flat1

The location was excellent- right across the road from the train station.

The accommodation looked and smelt like it was cleaned in a rush. There was a bad smell and mop streaks on the floors. Dirty cleaning clothes were left lying on the bathroom floor. The bedding smelt unpleasant. The apartment needs to be painted. We weren't able to use the balcony because it was broken. We only discovered this when we arrived. This was very disappointing as this was the reason we picked this accommodation.

Location

This apartment was found very dirty after it was meant to have been cleaned! There was old toast, boxes, a baby bottle, rubbish and crumbs lying around aswell as stains on bed sheets and the kitchen floor was rotten sticky to walk on and a sign about bedsheets stuck to the wall in the living area from the cleaner I assume..! In one of the bedrooms the warerobe drawer had also fell off and was just sitting on for the look of it. So dangerous for a childs toes. Very Poor Setup! I was extremely disappointed to find that we had also no access to the balcony (the only reason why we booked this accommodation known that my dad could sit out and relax while we were out and about. I feel we should have been told this before our arrival or offered a reduced rate.! I had to also contact the owner on the 2nd day as we had been locked out of the accommodation, the response was that the code was only set for 1 night even though 2 nights had been booked. Just completely disgusted....

The place is finished to a high standard and open planned with all you need to enjoy portrush the apartment is equipped with everything you need

Very nice

Only issue was there was no smart tv in living room the property was amazing and at a great location
