Super clean studio apartment with added bonus of small outside seating area. Off road private parking. Good quality, comfortable furnishings and bedding. Great facilities that you don't get in a hotel room: eg fridge, microwave, sink, easy chair, good size freeview TV. Superb bathroom. Safe area that has amenities close by and good transport links. Host, Lee, is very amenable and quick to respond to any requests. Excellent vale for money. Have stayed several times.

Good location for anybody who works in Derriford Hospital.Few mints drive or 12 mints bus .

Can I request the Landlord to Put 2B sign on the front door to guide for keys as there is Already 2 and 2A .??

Comfy bed, quiet location, real milk provided in the fridge + tea and coffee. Had almost everything I needed for a couple of nights. Key was in the lock box so I just arrived and let myself in.

The musty damp smell when I walked in was strong so I slept with the back door open for fresh air. In the morning I walked with bare feet and realised the carpet in the hallway was damp. Then I saw the paint on the skirting board in the hall was bubbling, and there were signs of mold around the front door. There is a definitely water ingress issue which is unpleasant and the air-freshener in the hall didn't mask the smell
