Garden Room

Comfy bed, quiet location, real milk provided in the fridge + tea and coffee. Had almost everything I needed for a couple of nights. Key was in the lock box so I just arrived and let myself in.

The musty damp smell when I walked in was strong so I slept with the back door open for fresh air. In the morning I walked with bare feet and realised the carpet in the hallway was damp. Then I saw the paint on the skirting board in the hall was bubbling, and there were signs of mold around the front door. There is a definitely water ingress issue which is unpleasant and the air-freshener in the hall didn't mask the smell

This accomodation far exceeded my expectation, it is excellent value for money! Getting the key was easy with the lockbox, so arriving late was no problem at all. The room & bathroom was clean, well organized and much cozier than expected. My bed wasnt creaky at all (as noted in other reviews) and was very comfortable. I could park right in front of the house, so I didnt need to worry about parking fees or finding offsite parking.

Quiet, pleasant location with access to the garden. It's a little old-fashioned but everything I needed was there.

Very spacious. Good facilities Great price and friendly owner. Don't be fooled by the pictures, they do not do the property justice. Would highly recommend and will use again

The location was good and the accommodation was quiet & private with a pleasant aspect to the garden and a place to sit outside.

It was cold in the evening (early May) & the bathroom especially was chilly. I was concerned about lack of secure ventilation.
