Durnford St- Amazing location - free WiFi

The location was brilliant. So close to Williams yard, devil's point and town not far away.

Where do I start. Funky damp smell in a cluttered hallway wasn't inviting at all. First impressions of the flat was good, however, seriously damp smell in the loo, uncomfortable beds, broken dining chair, broken hot tap in kitchen, was seriously worried that the bulge in the ceiling over the bed was going to collapse on me that I didn't sleep. All in all, we only stayed the one night out of the 2, booked into a Premier Inn for the 2nd night. Really disappointed, and not value for money at all. Sorry!

Very accommodating host, happy to help with questions we had. Lovely little property which had a great selection of kitchenware, dvds, board games etc.

Having the shower separate from the bathroom and it being it the bedroom was a bit odd. But had no issues personally with it. So no complaints 🙂

Really like this apartment. My go-to place whenever visiting Plymouth. Great communication with the host. Can't fault it.

Amazing location. Can visit Royal William Yard in a few steps. Amazing coffee and eateries and atmosphere. Great for walking the coast path. Kevin, the owner, was a very decent person to deal with.

A little tired in places - don’t expect a boutique vibe. I’m not super fussy, but I did buy some wipes etc to give it a spruce up. Tap not functional and crack in window. Just needs a bit of TLC. Otherwise we had a lovely week due to location .

Lovely apartment, really homely feel. Comfy bed. Really nice area.
