Durnford St- Amazing location - free WiFi

Exactly like the photos. Very quiet apartment, clean, nice comfy bed, has everything you need in the kitchen and also a washing machine down stairs. It's in a nice quiet area, I walked into town which wasn't to far but there is buses running of you need. I would stay here again if it's available next time I visit Plymouth, and also recommend this place as its very good value for money.

Only the stairs but that's just me as I always have heavy suitcase haha

The property looked very rundown with weeds growing around the door area outside, and when you open the door into the hall, it wasn’t clean with decor falling off the walls with lots of post and rubbish, sitting on a desk to the side first impression was not good. The staircase up to the apartment was on the third floor, so anyone with working difficulties This would not suit at all, it would be and ideal student accommodation, broken toilet when you sat on it it fell to one side 🙈 the living room had a little gas fire, but even turned up on high it didn’t heat living room There was no other means to heat the living room just wore my coat inside.
