The Mews, Millfields, Plymouth Centre by Pure B

It was spacious, quiet, and had lots of light. Closely located to city centre and some grocery stores. The bed in the main bedroom has an incredibly soft mattress, which is a bonus for me. The staff was lovely in providing an extra cleaning service and more necessities bc we were staying for two weeks. There was a parking space friends could use when visiting us.

The horrible smell of overripe Camembert and cooked cabbage coming from the bathroom drains. People have been mentioning this since June ‘25 and nothing had been done about it. It permeates the whole flat at times. The general cleaning standards: The freezer was covered in some gunk when we first opened it, glasses and other kitchenware were put into the cupboards while still dirty. The shower head and water boiler were grimy. The flat doesn’t have a hoover, broom or mop, so you can’t clean if necessary.

Flat was lovely and the estate was nice. Supermarket is nearby and easy walk to Royal William Yard.

Comfy beds, very clean, great location.

Not too sure if there is a plumbing problem as the bathroom had a smell of stagnant water when the toilet or tap or shower had been used just wanted to make aware. Could do with a better blind in the smaller downstairs bedroom as blind let’s alot of light into the room early in the morning.

A smell from the drains on first arriving.

Everything was really clean and comfortable. The shower was strong and the customer service was excellent. We asked for a later check out as we were working nights and it was not a problem at all.

No bad points to this property at all
