The Mews, Millfields, Plymouth Centre by Pure B

Excellent location for our purpose of the visit. The property is the great size for our family and the amenities are sufficient.

Cleanliness is going down on each visit. The heating in the main bedroom and the upstairs bedroom was not working during Christmas period. The basin in the bathroom is somehow allowing water going down the wall on the left hand side leaving the floor wet which could be hazardous, was reported last time we stayed. There is an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drains. Last time the stained towels, this time the dishwasher full of half cleaned dishes and the oven and the trays were not even cleaned were the issues about the hygiene and cleanliness of the place. There was no toilet roll, no soap to wash hands in the bathroom. In the kitchen again no soap or washing up liquid, no kitchen towels, no bin liners for 4 nights and 5 days stay for a family with teenagers. Only 4 dishwasher tablets and lovely poinsettia on the table were our Christmas supplies despite the advert.

Good space and parking very good

Could do with some fresh paint in places, heating failed but Pure B sorted it out very quickly and dealt with issue. Also broken slats in bed which made aware of

A sensor light would be good for the steps outside as it’s very dark Stair carpet looks a tad grubby but not smelly A dirty poor washed saucepan in the cupboard Sofa needs a good scrub although it’s comfy

Spacious, tasteful decor, clean, nice extra touches.

Entrance to property via stairs with no outdoor lighting. Would love to stay again but only in summer months.

radiator in main bedroom didn't work. bedroom cold. no outside light ( wasn't working) dangerous going up and down outside staircase especially as my dad's disabled and not great on his feet.

Very spacious, clean and in a lovely development close to the sea. The management team were very speedy responding to queries.

Nothing, would definitely return.

Great location, funky apartment, everything worked

Mattress was exceptionally soft, a map of the site would make finding the parking and apartment easier.

Very secure location with great history. Well equipped property with good communal area.

Had some maintenance issues but we have been assured these will be addressed promptly.

The key box is under the access staircase .. We arrived in the dark and there is no light! The hot water in the bathroom sink did not work
