The Mews, Millfields, Plymouth Centre by Pure B

Location was very good. Apartment was airy, spacious and comfortable.

Having to deal with the boiler pressure every night. Put a bowl and towel under the radiator in the bathroom as it leaked, reported radiator first day, nothing done. The steps up to the flat are slippery when wet (constructed of decking boards) several spindles loose and falling out. T.V. Digital no BBC or ITV etc

Spacious property . All 3 rooms double beds which suited my sons who are tall. Clean and well equipped

The property was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. Also location was good. Taxi’s pick up at the security gate which is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

The 3rd room was a little small . Could have done with some heating instructions, had a portable thermostat but wasn’t sure how to turn the hot water and heating on. We Figured it out in the end but it took a phone call to the emergency number.

The apartment was really nicely decorated with 3 good sized, comfy double bedrooms. Really well located for walking in to Plymouth. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for eating in if required. The estate the apartment is located on is really pretty and feels very secure, its a lovely place to stay for a break away.

Although we stayed in April, the weather was pretty miserable so we needed to use the heating. However, the boiler kept losing pressure so the heating didn't work. We had to keep topping up the boiler pressure constantly to make the heating work and keep the place warm.

Lovely apartment and all facilities to make the stay comfortable. Great location to access the best parts of Plymouth.

We had a serious issue with safety. Stairs spindles on the outside stairs are completely loose and detach. One of the children nearly fell out of the stairs when a spindle came off in their hand. Inside on the first floor 3 of the spindles are detached at the top. This is simply not good enough. This could have been very very serious. We had a child of 2 years and she would have slipped through the gap. Very very dangerous.
