The Mews, Millfields, Plymouth Centre by Pure B

Really amazing property that more than met my expectations. Bright and airy with a really comfortable bed. Location was ideal for my work and very secure as has 24 hour security at the entrance to the development. I walked to The Royal William Yard for dinner - great selection of restaurants. Also went back for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Details from property were super easy to follow and free parking. Would recommend and will stay again next time I am down - will bring partner to make most of the table football! Thank you and a real pleasure!

Looks bright and airy in the picture. Arrived and it was freezing,warmer outside. Smelt like a takeaway inside so like it hadn't been aired properly or cleaned. There was food stuck on the hob and sideboard in kitchen area, a smoothie blender left out on side to use....but not clean. Food stuck to the leather couch. On calling the property contact they insisted it had been cleaned and were extremely patronising. I (as the paying customer) was basically being told what I was saying was not true. Eventually, was told he would look into a cleaner coming to sort the problem, this may not have been until later that evening or the next day.Too late by this time. I agreed to pay for 1 night even though I was booking somewhere else to stay that night and they would have the opportunity to put it back up on booming.com for the remainder of the weekend. I had booked 4 nights and did not stay there. Booking.com liased with them to try and come to a refund agreement but I had ZERO refunded. Because of this I could not afford to stay the weekend so had to drive the 5 hrs back home the next morning. Most disappointed with the lack of customer service. Cleanliness should still be extremely important....have people already forgotten about COVID!? I've used booking.com for YEARS and am not someone to complain unless I have good reason to. For the price I paid, I expected better.

toilet seat was lose, a few cobwebs on the velux windows. but didn’t spoil anything.

Not enough bed linen. Tv not connected.
