Excellent place, beautiful surroundings

A light on the outside stairs would have been nice

Really spacious and everything was there

The bathroom shower wouldn’t set the temperature right, either scalding as too hot, turned it down slightly but then it was too cold The sink hot tap was tricky to turn off, so avoided using it

It was clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Close enough to town to walk and cheap enough for a taxi back.

Main bedroom door was tricky to open and the solar panel lighting outside coming up the steps wasn't working.

Nice layout and pretty well equipped. Quiet and nice location.

Property had a distinct damp/musty/drain smell which was unpleasant and even with good ventilation, lingered. We purchased air fresheners to try and alleviate the smell.

Really well maintained. Lovely and clean decoration. Good communication with managing agent who compensated us for a hot water tap not functioning. Super beautiful location which felt very safe with security. Lovely white fluffy towels, and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. No food produce or bathroom products provided but didn’t affect visit, and had not planned for any to be available.

Steps up to the front door could do with a sweep. The property inside is fabulous but entrance lets it down a little. Velux blind in second bedroom needs fixing.

Location was great. Walking distance into Plymouth centre for restaurants and bars. Property slept 5 of us very comfortably. Huge bathroom. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Convenient parking. Will definitely stay again the next time I'm in Plymouth. Highly recommended.
