I didnt eat breakfast there

I did not like it that I sent an email reporting that I will arrive at 13:30 but the room was not ready I was told that 14:00 will be ready, I understood and went up to a restaurant with a friend from KZN. We went down to collect keys at 15;00 and went to the room. Shortly before we entered the room the housekeeper lady on the corridor asked if we were going to 333 I said yes. She said it is not cleaned yet. We were tired needed to rest. We got in the room, bed was not made, dishes in the sink, bathroom dirty, floor with sand. She had to clean quickly while we were inside. We refused to leave after she asked us to leave, we said we went to a restaurant for an hour and half where should we go now. she said she didnt have the key and was not told about our arrival time. my friend from KZN was disappointed

Everything was up to standard

The staff were friendly

The noise in that building is too much

The front staff was very welcoming and professional

Our room was not properly cleaned it had hairs on the floor, one of Locker was locked we didn't have ironing board
