There was absolutely nothing to like about the accommodation. We were greeted with a flooded apartment, a mop and a bucket by the door and an unmade bed.

The service from the Host was terrible. We had to book an alternative accommodation with no help whatsoever from the host. She offered no help at all. All she was more concerned about was missing out on business since she had to block the apartment. And the fact that their payments department was closed for a refund tells you how they have no regard for their guests or their safety and convenience. The service is pathetic and a total scam.

Nothing at all because l never got to check in. When l went to check in, my room had already been allocated to someone else and l was left stranded with no accomodation

Lack of accountability from the host for double booking the room l was supposed to have. I didn’t get to stay at the property

Everything is well organised and it’s really beautiful

The bathroom was in the main bedroom and the other bedroom didn't have direct access to that bathroom. They have to go through the maim bed. Secondly, the toilet has no privacy :-/
