Sadly the weather was bad

The location was within the centre and, close to entertainment places,such as malls and places of interest.The Host was always within reach whenever we needed help.♥️

The place was very good,clean and if only the host could install WiFi.

My family and I enjoyed the lagoon, the restaurant and the games room. It looked exactly like the pictures and didn't disappoint.

The curtains were torn and dirty in the main bedroom and lounge. The toilet seat cover in the main bathroom is broken and the toilet seat cover in the guest bathroom was completely off and put away in the bedroom closet. The dishcloths in the kitchen were filthy and so were the mugs. We most certainly did not get value for our money. Also we had to constantly ask our host to provide a code to leave the premises, I should not have to ask for permission or explain myself to someone when I am on holiday, as to why I want to go out. We even cancelled our site seeing plans on Sunday because it was to much of a hassel trying to get the code, and at one point we could not reach our host at all, thus making my husband late for work because the security guards refused to let him leave the premises. This was the worst holiday booked through booking.com. Please do better, we work hard for our money and to spend it on sub- par accommodation is unacceptable.

I loved the lagoon which was what i came for initially.

It was hard to get hold of our host, getting information or feedback from him took forever. The water on the basin in the toilet was not coming out we always had to use the shower water. There was no cleaning detergents available. We had to use powder soap to wash dishes.
