NOTHING! I'VE BOOKED AND AFTER BOOKINGS TOOK MY MONEY, THE OWNER INFORMED ME THAT THEY ARE FULLY BOOKED AND I NEED TO CONTACT BOOKINGS.COM FOR A REFUND. NOT THE OWNER OR BOOKINGS GAME BACK TO ME ABOUT THIS MATTER. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!! THE OWNER AND BOOKINGS!!!!

They are quick to take your money, but since Friday, no one gave me assistance! I needed to see people from Cape Town in Pretoria and had to cancel because I didn't have money to make another booking!!!

Everything was great

We didn't have hot water on our last day, we had to take a cold shower.

Everything was exceptional, the place was clean, every electrical appliance was working, I’m definitely coming back.

Our host ( Tshepiso)was very welcoming and always followed up to check if we were still fine. The facilities there were just so excellent and the staff was always ready to assist with a smile on their faces.

The restaurant was short staffed, so we waited long for our order. The guy at the gate office is a horrible person with a bad attitude, he is bad for this business. At the boats, there was only one life guard who did everything in his power to service all of us alone. He worked tirelessly and diligently on making sure everyone was satisfied, It really was a lot for him, it was sad to witness that, him collecting tickets, boarding people into boats, getting others out, choosing suitable life jackets for people and watching over everyone that’s already in the water.
