the place dont look like the place in the advert at all I felt scammed ,they said they could show me the room upgrade if i pay extra money ,i ended up going to stay somewhere ,the place is a scam... Booking.com shouldnt even approve their house because it is below the standard and it was full of old abondoned cars and i felt as if i enter that house ,i might not come back

No proper reception and the adress cannot be picked by Uber or Bolt on this platform .I looked for the place for 2hours .No hot water

The room i was given was jst a passage with a bed n no space on the sides. I tried upgrading seeing that the one i choose online was not merging what i find on the ground. The alternatives displayed had no tv, wi-fi n not conducive for my needs I had to find alternative places due to the standard of the place not suitable for my stay
