The biggest advantage of this property is its location. Unfortunately, the negatives outweigh the positives.

I booked this property based on the information and amenities advertised online. However, upon arrival I found that the accommodation did not meet my expectations and I decided not to proceed with the stay. One of the main reasons for my cancellation was that there was no working internet available, which was an essential requirement for my trip. I also found the condition of the property to be significantly different from what I expected based on the listing. When I raised my concerns, I did not feel that they were addressed professionally or helpfully by staff. I documented the condition of the property upon arrival with video recordings. As I was not comfortable staying under those circumstances, I had to secure alternative accommodation at additional cost. I understand that every property has occasional issues, but in this case the combination of the property's condition, lack of internet access, and customer service concerns left me with no confidence that my stay would be satisfactory. I am sharing this review to help future guests make an informed decision based on my experience.

The staff was welcoming and friendly.

The unit we booked was full of mold and it was dirty. I was struggling to breathe due to the mold. The beds were in a terrible condition.

That I could get a place to sleep

The lady at the reception is very very rude.. She saw us standing with bags and didn't even offer any help or even greet or offer us any assistance at all.. I hate her she must just leave the job.. The showers were cold and dirty.

There is nothing likeable on our that property…very unhygienic
