"They still have a lot of work to do to get the property up to minimal standards."

NOTHING!

EVERYTHING about the place, the beds are very uncomfortable, the kitchen has no running water, there are no trash bins in the rooms, no bath soaps, no towels, no sleeping blankets. Absolutely everything was BAD.
