When I saw it, I didn't even sleep there,I canceled all the bookings I made for 3days

I cancelled early and they were not able to give me refund for all the days I booked,the photos are misleading.

No water no lights broken beds no towels

I communicated via email to check if there was availability of kitchen utensils. I was reassured that there is a kitchenette.On arrival, there was no utensils available, not even a teaspoon nor a kettle. There was no electricity available, after enquiring. The excuse was that the unavailability is due to municipality fault, which is untrue. Couldn't bath for full 2 days and had to ask for the child to shower at Groenkloof tennis club since she was playing a tennis tournament. Booked for 4 nights and stayed for 2 nights. I send an email to Booking.com and to the email I was corresponding with, requesting our refund..No response to date. I doubt this place is rented by the owner and suspect that it is rented out by Nigerians from the owner and use it to scam people. This is the worst accomodation in the past 20 odd years of travelling around the world. It makes sense why its not listed on other platforms. I hope Booking.com scrap it off so the scammers can be stopped.

They kept on switching off main switch and we did not have lights. When I arrived I called the relevant people but they were not there to welcome me. I had to ask twice for a toilet paper and for a blanket. It was extremely noisy at night I could not have proper rest. The bed was extremely uncomfortable
