Affordable

We were told we only stay there because we are poor repeatedly. Cleaners spoke to other guests about us and we were treated with contempt.

Absolutely nothing

A lot. Cold shower water throughout. No bulbs or light in all the showers at night. No wifi connected or details sent even though requested. No iron, they lock them without letting us know. Insects inside the room. Sheets are torn and have semen stains, showers are dirty, toilets disgusting and not hygienic. It was the worst experience ever. The double room I paid for looked like a prison cell. It was scary and no one could sleep there. My family was disappointed and I am also. You must do better. Your staff looked clueless, the stay was unpleasant and definitely not booking there ever again.What a smelly, dirty, horrible shitty place.Just close the damn business if it’s hard to maintain than making people live like they are slaves !

I never stayed there it's not supposed to be listed in booking.com it's not fit for a rat. I want my money back IT looks nothing like the photos there's no excuse for the way IT looks booking.com should take them off their listing. I want my money back. I used a Uber there and one to take me away. I wasted my My time and nearly slept on the streets at that hour.

The rooms were small like a match box . the place was messy and untighdy. Tatty looked a Drug nest and a place for bums(hobos)
