Evas Apartment

The apartment was well situated near the beach and bars/restaurants. The owner was very friendly and was very helpful when we needed to push back our checkout.

The property was spotless modern and has everything you need.

Fantastic position on end of town with a large balcony capturing the sun from 7am onwards. Beach and amenities 2 min walk away. Buses going to Ayia Napa every 20mins from outside the flat for 2 euro. Would love to give score this apartment 10 but, 10 is a goal to be always going for, the impossible goal.

The flat is separated from Fig Tree Bay only by a hotel, so the location is extremely convenient. The flat itself is very nice, with comfortable beds and sofa beds in the living area. It’s equipped with all cooking facilities, including all necessary utensils. The fantastic, spacious terrace gets plenty of sunshine in the morning. There’s a lovely view of a large green hillside from the kitchen window. There are a couple of bus stops just outside the flat for Bus 102 to Ayia Napa, as well as buses to Paphos and Nicosia. There’s a local supermarket about 100 metres away, and a Lidl roughly 750 metres (around a 7-minute walk) from the flat. Our host contacted us well in advance of our arrival, offering help and assistance; he was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Дуже просторі, затишні апартаменти з великою терасою. Близько йти до моря, а саме до "Заливу фігового дерева" з шикарним пляжем. Також прояд магазини, трохи далі (хвилин 10-12 пішки) є супермаркет Lidl. На кухні великий вибір посуду. Є все необхідне для комфортного приготування їжі. Також поряд ресторан зі смачною традиційною їжею. Окремим приємним бонусом було те що при заселенні нас чекала пляшка води і пакет апельсинового соку. Навіть була пляжна парасолька, якщо любите повалятись на пісочку та не платити за лежак і парасольку на пляжі. Власник дуже приємний, порадить що варто відвідати, до яких ресторанів завітати. Загальне враження від відпочинку надзвичайно приємне!

Gorgeous apartments just 5 minutes away from one of the best beaches in Europe! We had a late check-in, but the host was always in touch, and the whole process was quick and easy. The apartment is right in the heart of Protaras and fully equipped: a bathroom, a bedroom with two huge and comfortable beds, a living room with two sofas, and a combined kitchen that has everything you need, including dishes and all the small essentials. Honestly, cooking there was a real pleasure, especially with the beautiful mountain view. But the highlight of this place is the huge terrace — with a large dining table, sofa, chairs, and sunbeds! Having breakfast here in the morning or enjoying a family dinner in the evening felt absolutely magical. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and bars nearby. Within just five minutes’ walk, you’ll find the stunning Fig Tree Bay, with crystal-clear sand and emerald water — even at the end of October! I highly recommend these apartments and am sure everyone will love their stay here. Minor downside: it could get a bit noisy because of the nearby funfair, but honestly, it added a bit of local charm to the experience :)

The apartment is beautiful, clean, has everything you need, everything works. We really liked it, two minutes walk from the beach. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation.
