Rooms at Martha Jones

The room had everything you could wish for- coffee machine, fridge, super comfy bed and huge bathroom with excellent shower. The breakfast hamper was extensive and delicious! Hosts had thought of everything and I would definitely stay here again

Convenient location. Room adequate for purpose. Nice and clean, warm ambient decor.

Nothing really, street parking obviously but its quiet enough to park on the street sat eve without getting a ticket.

This was our third time staying in these rooms. They are beautiful, with lots of thought gone in to decor and all the extras (breakfast). Highly recommended. We'll be back.

Great little place. We picked up the keys from the shop below. The rooms are newly decorated, pretty and very comfortable; bathroom is excellent. Comfortable bed, firm mattress. Breakfast provided. Nice and warm. Extremely good value for money (<£100). The host provides ear plugs in case of noise from the High St but everything was fine, we didn’t need them.

The kitchen was well equipped

The bedroom is in the basement/ cellar which is very unwelcoming. This is not advertised on the website. It does not mention that the bedroom is in the cellar. The doors are all fire doors that are difficult to open and you can’t close them yourself so they bang shut when you’re not expecting it. The shower was completely blocked so water very quickly ran over and started to flood the floor.
