The location was great. Check in was through the shop and easy. The room was well equipped and immaculately clean. The hamper was well done and we will definitely return!

breakfast was in a box and was mini cereals instant porridge poor croissants in a packet fruit and poor yogurts juice and cereal bars. Tea coffee and fresh milk. For £109 we expected something fresh and good quality. but it was cheap items in a box

The bedding was poor quality and presented scruffy. We had our own bedding with us as we were previously in a friendls place and thankfully used that. The shower tray waste was blocked and water flooded the bathroom. I removed it to prevent further damage. Positives were nicely decorated and thought out place and quiet

"2 Night stay for a friend's wedding - good experience"

Good central location in Pwllheli - Clean room and bathroom, and the mini fridge was really useful! Close to Costa, Wetherspoons and the various restaurants on the high street. Quick tip on parking - you can book long-term (a few days) for cheap at the ASDA store car park - Google is your friend!

Access up the stairs with our small-ish suitcase was a bit tight. The room was very hot, but we did visit on midsummer 2025 - so I guess that's a given. Windows were a bit tightly locked down to allow more ventilation. Over-reliance on many plug-in air fresheners was a bit annoying. Car parking is limited on the main street in the day from Monday to Saturday, but evenings and Sundays were all good.

Lovely decor, bathroom and location Provided thoughtful gluten free options for my husband Access and key return very smooth and easy

Double bed when the room was plenty big enough for a Kingsize - very poor sleep in such a small bed for two people
