The host is very nice and friendly at communication. A variety of check-in options are available, and the self-check-in process is very simple. It's very close to the SkyTrain and the bus terminal, so transportation is very convenient. The room is equipped with quite a few convenient appliances, so whether you are cooking for yourself or doing laundry, you will be able to find the right supplies. The lighting in the room is also very good, making it a perfect accommodation choice when traveling to Richmond, also suitable for families to stay for a short period of time.

The location is very good, near the best-operated streets in Richmond, and close to the SkyTrain and Central Transit Station. The host is very nice, friendly in communication, and check-in is easy. The room is suitable for short-term stays. It is clean and tidy and equipped with many daily necessities, including dietary condiments, coffee, etc. It is also equipped with convenient appliances such as a washing machine and a rice cooker. The scenery is nice. I personally think it is more convenient than a hotel and it is closer to shopping malls.

Easy and clear instructions from host to find location and room. An excellent room in the heart of Richmond, close to every prominent location in Vancouver and nearby attractions. Great facilities including gym and swimming pool in the building. Grocery stores nearby. Very friendly and approachable host.

"Poor facilities for price paid."

The location is good as well as the security.

They did not provide any wardrobe other than closet to hang clothing. They did not provide drawers and nightstands for clothing at all. Even the regular hotels will have such standard facilities. That is not acceptable for price paid and not considerate for travelers.
