The Pond Lodges Barstobrick

Such a Peaceful location with great walks and views. The Lodge was modern, cosy and well equipped. Will definitely return in the future!

The lodge it’s self was beautiful and clear to see money has been spent on doing them has all you need in there cups and cooking utensils

Major downside was being bitten flies in the bed and dead on the blinds and just trapped with bugs in there bugs I’ve never even seen before we wouldn’t go in the hot tub as we was constantly fighting flocks of flies off are faces and then fishing them out the hot tub also being asked to strip the beds to assist the cleaners the pond pictures you see online are not like that the pond really can’t been seen as it’s overgrown

I brought my own breakfast as local shops are not far

Everything was fantastic

These beautifully designed tiny houses were perfect! Great views with lots of wildlife and walks nearby. We ordered the breakfast hampers each morning and they were delicious. There are 7 little cabins and they are great for any kind of trip. The Alder cabin also has a hot tub which was an added bonus! Elen was very responsive and incredibly helpful!

The view was great to wake up to each morning and we loved sitting out at night as it came dark watching all the wildlife! Seeing the deer was amazing! The lodge was clean and furnished well! The bed looking out of the double doors to the view was fab! Kitchenette area was perfect for what we needed. Bathroom was a good size too!

Just a little bit far away from towns for the evening but we easily found a fab local taxi company (Gatehouse of Fleet Taxis) that got us where we needed!
