Cleanliness and it had everything one needed. Except coffee

Tv wasn’t working WiFi was very slow Heating wasn’t working

Room smelt damp, hair on bed and in bathroom. The kitchen area was not clean, and neither was the cups and plates provided. Noise from the room above was shocking, and when I told the host this, he asked what he could do to compensate me. I asked for some money back for the inconvenience and still haven't heard from him.

It’s not Roundhay. It’s Harehills, miles away. Check the address very carefully. It’s a basement without windows. There is no parking and I wouldn’t leave a car on that street. We didn’t get out of the car. Just drove past and booked elsewhere.

The property is listed under a fake address. It says it’s in Roundhay, but it’s actually in Harehill. I specifically needed to stay in Roundhay that’s why I chose it. Everything was deceptive about this place. It’s in the ghetto a very rough area. I only stayed 1 night and cancelled my stay. The property owner and booking.com are refusing to give me a refund. Please don’t use booking.com for anything outside of hotels. Airbnb would never allow this! I had to indicate 2 people were staying in the property and I was shocked to see a tiny bed. The ceilings were so low. There were clothes in the washer machine still. There was no tissue in the bathroom. It was just terrible. I didn’t fly all the way from America to stay in someone’s basement.

The area, scary with all the bars on doors and windows in the area. I stayed in the property on my own and as a 72 yr old women staying somewhere I didn’t know while my husband was in hospital I found it very intimidating.
