Charming, cosy hideaway with free WiFi, parking

The property was very well laid out and beautifully furnished. There was everything I needed for one night stay. The only slight problem I had was getting a decent Internet connection for work. The signal didn’t seem very strong and I did struggle with a couple of zoom and teams calls, but otherwise it was all fine.

as mentioned, the Wi-Fi signal wasn’t strong enough for me to be able to work properly. I was also a little daunted by the area, and the fact that the properties had bars on the doors and windows. This made me slightly anxious, being there as a female on my own. I had seen a few youths, wandering the streets and, while they were probably absolutely fine, with the bars on the properties and warnings about the Harehills area I had had from friends, I felt a little bit insecure.

Clean. Good location for where I needed to be and easy to access. Unexpected robes which was a good bonus. Good facilities in kitchen.

No space in garden area.

Convenient location and comfortable for short stay. Overall good value for money.

When arriving property had not been cleaned but once advised it was quickly resolved so would not want this to put others from staying as could have just been a one off with regular cleaner.

Rat droppings were found on the floor and so stay was cut short. Customer service was poor, no compensation offered.
