Very easy

Host does only speak Italien.

The instuctions to find the house and the parking was clear. The house was clean.

The communication was not easy. I was writting in english and they respond back in Italian. When i told them that i dont speak italian they told me to use google translator. I didnt like that at all. We were a family of 4 and they new that because we made a reservation for 4 persons. When we enter the apartment we realise that the sofa bed was not prepared. So we had to search for bed sheets and prepare the bed. They need some improvements.

The cleaning, first aid was expired.

Very nice location with good view on the lake. Small and decent apartment

The smell from the toilet and the fact that the cleanliness was on the surface but not in detail.
