the view is amazing the host is very responsive and helpful, provided detail instructions. we arrived late in the night, self check in possibility was a great help.

Check out at 10 am is a bit early, especially when you arrive at 5 am. Bathroom smells old and bad, the shower is tiny. the bathroom door got thick because of the humidity (I guess) : it’s difficult to open and makes a lot of noice , which is a bit annoying, when you sleep and someone uses the bathroom. Generally, everything is a bit “tired” and renovation wouldn’t hurt.

The view from the balcony. I was there for two nights and every time I was going to the balcony I was astonished by the view. The fact that you can sit there and eat breakfast and admire this view - incredible. The property had all necessary appliances including a hair dryer and iron and ironing board. It has proved parking space which I thought would be tricky to find after reading the reviews but it’s actually quite simple. Once you find the house on the left side you need to go a little bit further up the mountain and there it is on the right side marked Gabriella House.

Well the sofa. It was very uncomfortable and was squeeking with every movement. I suggest if you can bring your own pillow at least because the ones that they have are not great, my neck was very painful after two nights there :( The door to the bathroom have expanded from the moisture I think and it was hard and tricky to close and open them. There was only one paper roll which was not enough for four people for two days. The location is quite far from any city and would be very tricky to get there without a car. But I don’t focus on this cause the view compensates it all. However the landlords could think about some fixing :)

Amazing location at the foot of the mountain. Our favorite part of this spacious apartment was the balcony with a breathtaking view of Lake Como! After a long day, we just sat there and admired the view and sunset. Moreover, we cannot leave to mention the journey to the apartment. As we were travelling only with public transport then an uphill walk to the apartment was a great cardio workout but totally worth it! I recommend this apartment 100% to everyone who seeks for authentic Northern Italian lifestyle. This apartment has everything you need and even more, starting from a comfortable bed, a big sofa bed and finishing with full kitchen equipment. A friendly and quiet neighborhood made our stay even more relaxing. Definitely want to visit again!

The wiev is amazing from the balcony. Nice spacious apartment, self check-in. Very good communication with the owner, good instructions.

Floor and kitchen could be more clean.

1.The hostess is not very hospitable. We arrived in the evening. There is no tea or coffee in the apartment and there is no store nearby. We asked for an additional sheet for a double bed, the hostess started screaming and knocking on the doors. 2.It took us one hour to find the appartment.GPS can't find the location. 3.The host doesn't speak English and it's very difficult to communicate.

First of all, we picked the place for its view and we weren't dissapointed! Almost all windows are facing the lake! Wonderful panorama with a distant mountain peaks. We had an amazing breakfast on its sunny terrace. The property was easy to find, as well as the parking slot. Communication with the owner was very good. Basic kitchen utensils are always a plus. The place felt spacious with a lot of sun coming in. Donkeys in a garden next to the property were a HUGE BONUS! haha

Internet suddenly stopped working on the second day. The bathroom door frame kept falling of randomly when opening / closing the door. We couldn't find any extra toilet paper. The double sofa in the living room felt kinda clunky but was very comfy so it was fine! Bear in mind the car is rather necessary to get there. Overall no deal breakers!
