Host is very helpful, kind and always at our disposal. Very convenient location, amazing place. We remained fully satisfied from our choice.

The localization of the apartment was very beautiful, as a cyclists there were some nice paths with amazing views near the apartament. Inside our room was so clean and comfortable for all of us. Thank you!

The apartment is located in a really cute town right by Lake Como. Communication with Simona and Giovanni was very smooth and they were really helpful :) The apartment itself was spacious, tidy and we loved the outdoor space where we had breakfast in the morning.

Some basics in the kitchen would have been nice to have for example some tea or spices for cooking or tabs for the dishwasher. We bought it ourselves and left the rest so that the next guests can use it :) For the rest we were very happy!

Great view of course, the whole apartment is really cute, you have everything you actually need. Owner is always responding very fast and is very helpfull. Pet friendly and there is small beach close by where your dog can run and swim.

If you come out of season like us (november ) remember to check where to eat if you like dining outside, many places were closed.

We went to the wrong apartment an slept the first night there due to confusing description/mix up of pictures of different apartments.

The views were amazing. The location was way at the other end of the lake which turned out to be a much longer drive than anticipated. The apartments were clean and very nice. The guy was also very nice.

The directions were not very well explained. There was confusion as to the apartment as well. The directions giving was second door on the left and the keys will be in the door. Was supposed to sleep 6. There were 2 apartments with keys in the doors. Since it was obvious the one would not sleep 6 we saw the other one upstairs that also had keys in the door so we thought we have them both plus the pictures showed two apartments. So we took both and left and came back later to sleep. Turns out only one was ours and there was a single room across the hall to sleep two more people. However there was no key in this door when we arrived and no indication this was our room. The owners son, I think, tried to wake us in the middle of the night to move us but we didn't hear. He comes the next day and tells us we have to move to the other room because people that rented the other one had to get a hotel room that he paid for. We ended up having to pay him back for the room, 150$, even though their directions were poor and the extra room had no key in it for us to get in. While the apartment was nice and the guy was kind I feel due to their poor directions we shouldn't have had to pay for the hotel room. The apartment was actually the third door on the left not the second which he agreed when I showed him. Also showing two different apartments in the photos was confusing and even with the extra room it doesn't sleep 6 but 5 max.
