Location is quiet and packing is easy

Facilities are not very complete and quite old

A cozy, clean, quiet apartment. Very comfortable, has all the required things, a nice balcony with a lake view. Located in a beautiful tiny town with a castle, shop and a restaurant. There is a beach nearby and a parking lot.

A great dog friendly apartment superbly located in a small picturesque village. Beautiful views across the lake from the balconies. It was an oasis of calm when we were there in high season - with narrow lanes with colonnades, archways, and stairways meandering down to the lakeside and quiet relaxing beaches. There are two great value restaurants within a couple of minutes from the apartment. The owner was most helpful with recommendations for places to eat and to visit and his communications with us was great.

Nice appartements with everything you need. Clean, spacious and a perfect, picturesque location. The host was very friendly and kept in touch via messages. Check-in worked flawlessly via code and deposited key. The lake is not too far from the village, and swimming there was very refreshing. Would come here again.

One mattress was a bit saggy, but it was only noticable after the second night and it was still acceptable.

This apartment has several advantages one can expect from an accommodation at Lake Como, a nearby castle, narrow cobblestone alleys, old surrounding houses, and beautiful views to the lake from both of its balconies. There are two restaurants and a small grocery shop just a stone's throw away from the house. We had dinner at the neighboring hotel literally a few steps away from the property. The kitchen and bathroom work fine. One of the bedrooms is detached and situated on the other side of the stairway, which can even be an advantage for those family members wishing a bit more privacy. Good arrival instructions, self check in and communication with the owners. All in all a very nice experience, I recommend.

There are plenty of parking places on the street or parking areas but even the closest ones are situated about 100-200 meters distance from the property.

the apartment was very clean and the location is just amazing. It is a 50mt walk to the lake. Also some nice restaurants on walking distance from the property. I had a couple of general questions and the host responded very quickly.

If you are staying in Lake Como do not look any further. This was the best value in the area and an absolute joy to stay in. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I literally had the best sleep ever! Parking was available just outside and restaurants just steps away. The view was so nice that we literally asked to extend our stay but unfortunately it was all booked out. I promise you will not be disappointed! We had a full kitchen with appliances and even a washer for our clothes. Two balconies both overlooking the lake. The people were very nice to deal with!
