Its was really nice and cozy. It felt like a home away from home.

The location is remote but perfect for a quiet, peaceful getaway

The view was lovely. Log fire made the cottage very cosy.

No notification of the distance from the main road to the Cottage. No email/message re check- in instructions - had to ring ourselves to find out the relevant info. No board games/books or DVD’s, although advertised. No electric kettle, although advertised. No toaster, although advertised No microwave, although advertised Toilet downstairs doesn’t have a suitable closure-needs a proper door.

The cabin had everything you might want in the kitchen and was welcoming and warm.

There was a dog there that was not well trained and tried to bite my dog.

The views were a 10/10. The host was very kind and sweet to let us play pool at the cafe. The house had a certain rustic charm.

There were a lot of bugs, especially upstairs in the loft. The beddings did not smell very nice. The toilet was extremely small, plus there was only 1 among 5 people as it was a bungalow. Proper lighting needed inside as it gets very dull and dark in the afternoons. No microwave, but on booking.com it said there was one. There should be more activities to do as it gets a-bit boring.

The host was very friendly. The home we stayed in was very spacious with big windows to enjoy the picturesque scenery. It was very piece full and quiet.

I would have appreciated it if there could have been a microwave. That was the only thing missing..

Amazing setting, so very beautiful. Lovely things to do in the area for adults and kids. Loved the tubing down the river. Restaurant in the property had amazing food.

Loved the setting, the bath in the bay window is divine. Linen was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and will certainly be back, perhaps for 2 nights next time.

Would have liked to see the mountains, but the tall trees didn't allow for it. The bed was quite soft, which we were not used to.
