Shenzhen Fashion LOFT Apartment

Mr Lou, the owner, is very attentive and easybto communicate. The place is clean and close to Shenzhen Metro and High speed train to HK and Guangzhou. We stayed a month there and will come back in September. Very satisfied guests here. Don't hesitate to book here and you won't regret. Washing machine and dryer are working well. Water heater and water pressure are excellent too.

Strategic location

After bath,water cant flow out

Fantastic location! Right on the Shenzhen North Station Square so very convenient if you are taking a train. Really big apartment with nice large windows on the 16th floor. The main bedroom is a good size and the second one is much smaller.

It was hard to find. Once you know the back way in, it is easy but trying to find it from the street was a pain. The sheets and towels were very clean but the place itself didn’t feel so clean. Make sure you connect with the host via WeChat ahead of time otherwise communication is difficult.

Very spacious, high floor with view. Washing and drying machines, big fridge and oven provided.

Towels worn out, bed a bit too soft, downstairs bathroom clogged so not usable, TV channels very limited. Without being requested and informed, the cleaner came in and washed the bath and face towels and floormat, which took up all the spaces on the laundry line at the balcony, wonder how much time this person spent inside the room. We have to move all the heavy and wet towels to the living room to get room for our laundry stuff.
