Shenzhen Fashion LOFT Apartment

It was close to the high speed rail station on the map, but was still a good 5 min walk out in the open without shelter. Their serviced apartment had some privacy since it is weirdly in a commercial tower with other apartments around and next to offices. There is a fridge, small stove, kettle, working WiFi, washing machine, but not working tv. Aircon was nice and cool. Plenty of room. Shower was good

Windows were open when I arrived, and there was a thunderstorm outside. So the living room was basically damp and the window sill and curtains were wet.. TV was not working Furniture is old and has many stains Bring your own towels and slippers. There are towels there but stank of damp The bedroom smelled damp The bedsheets were smelly (not properly laundered) There were bedsheets hanging on the upstairs banisters which I assumed are for the next guests. Really quite unhygienic for the guys who came after me.

This is a privately rented flat/apartment. The host is helpful and responsive, What I really liked is that cleaning is free, but optional, the host asked if I need it. I chose it because the close proximity to the Northern railway station. Actually less than 10 min luggage safe walking. The flat itself is large and looks cool. There are 2 bathrooms, it is comfortable for a family of 4 or even 5. The washing machine and tumble dryer are the western style ones (but not every label is in English, see the attached translations), super convenient in the humid weather.

Not really bad, but be prepared. Payment can be done via WeChat on cash. Even if you pay in cash, it is worth to register on WeChat, it makes the communication with the host smooth. Due to the train station it may be loud at night at busy periods (at national holidays) due to the extensive horn usage, earplug is advised. Other day it is all right.

Cleanliness is not good enough. There is dirt from tea and toothpaste on the cup provided. No conditioner provided. Air conditioner is not cool enough. I still cannot get back the deposit after leave the apartment. No customer service after I check out the room. I am still asking for the return of deposit through we chat pay.
