Central location but very quiet little street. Excellent apartment, fully equipped with absolutely everything you could ask for a great stay. Great hosts!! Will definitely come back again in the future!!

This property made us feel like we were at home. It was very clean with easy access to the main sights in Ortigia. The host was very welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure that we not only enjoyed our stay but that we did not miss our morning flight.

Cannot fault anything

The location is perfect, everything is close by and maximum 10min walk. The host has been incredibly accommodating and extremely helpful with anything we needed.

We count ourselves very fortunate to have stayed at Casa Gargallo in Ortigia during our recent holiday in Sicily. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and very well set up for two people. There are lots of extra touches, including a welcome tray of goodies on arrival. Breakfast items are also provided. There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom and the comfortable bed ensured a good a night’s sleep. The apartment itself is old and you can feel it throughout through it’s careful and tasteful presentation. It is in a relatively quiet area of Ortigia, but still within easy walking distance of everything in this stunning, historic and atmospheric small island. A good small supermarket, cafes and restaurants are all within 5 minutes walk. The owners Roberto and Carmel are rightfully very proud of Casa Gargallo and we found them to be very generous and hospitable, so ensuring our stay was a memorable experience.

Arrival was a little confusing because I said we would walk from the parking lot to the property. I should have messaged him when we arrived on the island and then he would have met us at the property. My fault. Roberto was an excellent host,

The attention of the host was amazing and the garage is super close. He came to receive us and was always available for help, his hospitality was impressive. The appartment is super centric but in a quieter street, it's spacious and has all what's needed. Even board games.

There's only one window on the main room so not a lot of natural.light.

Absolutely gorgeous, cozy apartment! Everything you could need was available and more than that - atmosphere, design, little details that provide comfort. Situated in the middle of everything but a quiet place at nighttime. The best of all is the owner - Roberto - he's the most helpful person, always trying to make his guests feel welcome and special. He was there on our arrival and when we were leaving he came to see us off. He helped us solve a problem we had minutes before leaving and overall we're extremely grateful to him.

Centrally located in the old town but very quiet. Well decorated. Well packed fridge, full breakfast. Have everything we need in the kitchen, nothing more. the host is ready to assist if you need. This place is the number one for all accommodation we stayed during 30 days trip in Italy. It’s a true home away from home. Paid car park nearby.
