"Fantastic characterful cottage in the heart of Stamford."

This is a beautiful cottage in the heart of Stamford with convenient parking steps away. Parking is free 6pm-8am. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The facilities were modern and clean yet the character of the cottage (exposed beams etc) were all retained. The town is on the doorstep with restaurants a few steps away. Shower had lots of options and was great. The decor was lovely.

There was nothing I disliked at all. There are a few practical considerations in booking this place in that there are a few steep steps into the cottage and a narrow spiral staircase. Also the bedroom is in the eaves with low ceilings and door. So just be aware of this.

Everything well equipped cosy. In the town centre accessible to everything. Clean and would stay again. Loved the quirkiness too

Only downside was the mattress which has probably had it's day. - I understand evryone has their preferences, however, comfy as it was, with this one you just rolled into the middle :) It didn't take away from a great little place though.
