3 The Olde Barn Apartments

Only downside was the mattress which has probably had it's day. - I understand evryone has their preferences, however, comfy as it was, with this one you just rolled into the middle :) It didn't take away from a great little place though.

Nothing not to like!

I love the location and the space in this property.

tiles on bathroom floor cracked and broken nipped the sole of my foot in one of the gaps. the apartment door handle falls off when you open the door from the outside. the outside door was very stiff to open and close as it is catching on something. the wifi signal is very weak I had to use my phones data to work in the evening.

Location

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and nicely equipped. Great location for the town centre and right next to a car park.

The location is brilliant for the town centre. We had a works meeting locally, the apartment is clean tidy and has everything you need for a night or couple of night stays.

The shower curtain in the bathroom unfortunately doesn't cover yourself being in the shower or at the toilet. There is an alleway right below the window (which isnt Frosted, textured,) and its not privacy glass.

The pictures dont do this little apartment justice, This little 1 bed ( including sofa bed ) is value for money, very well equipped with everything you need, Comfortable, homely, and in the middle of the town centre, Easy walking distance to the high street and all of the shops ground Stamford, Car parking right next door .. 5* from us for our little stay .

Down side, just me being picky . The bathroom could do with a little TLC the floor tiles are cracked and need re-grouting, ( just my opinion just this will stop mold and damp going into the floor, Towels could be a little bit bigger, as being a tall large man didn't quite cover me 😆..

Host are brilliant! They are very accommodating and nice. The apartment is spacious and cosy. I have stayed a few times.

Super central with easy access to parking. Exactly as described. Half the price of any hotel I could find locally and made a great base for an overnight stay.

Lovely property beautifully prepared.

It was really cold at night after the heating went off!
