Great location. Spacious and clean apartment with many amenities that you need. Great communication with the host. Supermarket 50 meters away! Coffee shops and bars straight outside the gate.

Apartment is located above the parking gate that lifts up and down then someone leaves or enter it could be disturbing early in the morning or at night if you are sleeping in small bedroom! Small bedroom is also facing to all bars. Main bedroom facing other side, which is quiet.

Noisy late into the night for the second bedroom and the living area

Structure not at all up to the standards/price they ask for. Very old furniture throughout the apt, old bed creaking all night, some lights not working, shutter of my bedroom was broken and curtain was super light, it let in tons of light. Small Bathroom had old shower curtains. Maintenance it's not been done in a while clearly. Also, strong smell of smoke at times from the AC, quite overwhelming and weird considering it should be close-cycle?! With that price I would have also expected a bit of flexibility, but we asked for a late check-in (of an hour, wasn't asking much) and it was denied.
