Noisy bedroom and sitting area. Difficult to sleep

1,Location is great 2, Owner let us to check out late due no guests were coming after us. 3, Generally very clean

1,Not able to heat the flat. We put up the thermostat which resulted the fan working but not heating. 2, Very basic kitchen appliances and material. I had a feeling that the owner didn't want us to cook at all. Ie: I couldn't even make a simple omlette due lack of a basic frying pan. 3. Living room and second bedroom is not suitable to sleep due to mechanical noise of an automated garage door below.

Location, communication with the host, the apartment is really big, so there is enought space. Two toilets, the rooms are separate enough. I really like my stay here.

In general everything was good. Maybe the pillows can be better.

The apartment is perfectly located walking distance to old town with small nice streets, shops and restaurants and also close (10min. walk) to the railway station, which was important to us, as we had to catch a train early in the morning. I liked everything - perfect for our group of 4. One bedroom for 2, one smaller room with single bed, comfortable sofa bed + 2 bathrooms (which is a rare find in Valencia). The price was charming. The communication with the host was also great. Reccomend and would be definnitely back.

Central location, close to where we wanted to see in Madrid

The front bedroom wasn’t very soundproof and noise at night gave us trouble sleeping.

Marco was a great help, arranging a late checkout for our afternoon flight and recommending some good restaurants.
